LEVELS AND CONTENT
The general focus of the classes will be from the social dancing perspective: Respecting circulation, getting confort, easiness, developing connection within the couple and musicality.
This class focuses on fundamental aspects of tango over which we build this dance. The technique class is highly recommended for those who want to polish their dancing and enjoy working in detail, no matter what their level is. This class prepares you for the tango class coming right after. There will be a lot of individual exercises and also some in pairs.
The mini-practica is the transition between the first and the second class where couples practice freely.
This class we will focus on the different elements (sacadas, boleos, ganchos etc) to mix, match, combine and have fun with them.
This class is meant for you to fully embody the two rhythms until they get under your skin! You will be able to play and adapt the moves to the particularities of vals and milonga. There will be 2 milonga classes and 2 vals classes, alternating between vals and milonga every week.
The mini-practica is the transition between the first and the second class where couples practice freely.
The advanced class will focus on the quality of movements, that is to say HOW we do what we do while learning nice moves. Part of the work will bring you to decompose the elements to have a deeper understanding of their essence, to use them in different ways, building a real improvisation rather than memorizing long sequences.
From 10.30PM until 1AM all the tango community is invited to join this cool practica organized by Laura Rusconi, Sofia Saborido, Mario Bournissen and Pablo Inza. Right after Saturday’s tango class.
You can’t miss it!
Vulgar Practica will happen only 3 Saturdays, July 10, 24 and 31st.
Resident DJ’s Mario Bournissen and Pablo Inza
Pablo & Sofia will be available for private classes during the stay.
